Body wraps

Body wrap is a treatment and not a massage where bandages or plastic sheet are used to wrap the client's body. Body wraps helps to reduce temporary loss of weight. Clients love to enjoy the body wraps because of its ability to reduce cellulite, gently detoxify the skin and help to eliminate water retention from the skin.

During A Body Wrap

Usually in a body wrap you will be wrapped in an elastic cloth along with the wrap mixtures. Before the treatment starts the therapist scrub the skin through salt scrub or dry brushing. Then you will be made to lie down with the wraps for a period of 20 minutes.

You can be dressed with you inner garments during the session. The wrapping material which is pre-soaked in the wrap mixture helps to remove the excess fluids and toxins in the body. The cloth is wrapped gently to create thermal blanket which intimates sweating to promote the shedding of unnecessary fluid between the body tissues.

The body wrap is done in a wet room having the facility of shower and wet table. Once the time is over the therapist unwraps you and removes the body mask. Then either the therapist gives a handheld shower or asks you to jump in for a shower. Here you will enjoy a shower just lying down. Finally the therapist applies lotion creams to moisturize the skin.
