Golden door spa is at 45 minutes travel northwards of Scottsdale. And this is the first luxury golf resort with spa in the north valley's rugged foothills. The spa follows the style of pueblo. The spa is also trying a hand at rock climbing.

The guest rooms are well designed with stucco walls, beamed ceilings, and beehive fireplaces. Bathrooms are large and are luxurious. The spa is now trying to implement herb and vegetable garden to be more eco friendly.
