Spa Foot Care

Ingredients:

Water - 7 Cups
Milk - 2 Cups
Sugar - ½ Cup
Lotion - 2 tbsp

Process to follow

Mix water and milk together and heat this mixture as hot as your foot can take.
Take sugar and lotion and mix it in a separate bowl.
Place your feet in the water & milk mixture for at least 10 minutes.
Massage your feet with sugar lotion mixture to exfoliate.
Rinse your feet with clean water. Finally apply some good lotion to soften your feet.

Spa Hand Care Treatment

Ingredients

Lemon juice - 1 1/2 tsp
Oatmeal - 2 tbsp
Olive oil - 1 tsp

Process to follow

Take a bowl and add oatmeal to ¼ cup of water.
Allow the bowl rest until the oatmeal is softened. Mix it well.
Then add 1 ½ teaspoon lemon juice and ½ teaspoon olive oil to the oatmeal mix.
Rub this mixture in your hand and allow it to dry for 1-2 minutes and then rinse with cool water.
Finally apply moisturizer on your hand.

Papaya Pumpkin Facial

Ingredients

Papaya – 2/3 cup, mashed
Pumpkin – 15 oz
Egg – 1

Process to Follow

1. Preparing Mask:

Cut papaya, remove the seeds and smash well.
Beat the egg well until it gets frothy and mix with papaya.
Then add the pumpkin to the egg/papaya mixture and whip together.
It is highly recommended to use food processor to mix the ingredients for better quality.

2. Preparing Face:

Wash your face with clean water using cleanser to remove all the residues of makeup on your skin. Clean skin is very essential to get the actual benefits of facial.

3. Applying Mask:

Apply the mask to the entire face except eye area. It is good to check on your hands before applying on your face to be aware of sensitive skin.
You will feel a tingling effect as the pumpkin started to work. It works as a scrub.
Leave the skin for 10 minutes. Finally rinse off and apply toner and moisturizer.
