During Spa

Tell your spa therapist if you feel any discomfort during the session.

Make sure that the steam room session is not exceeding more than 10 min.

After Spa

If the therapist asks you to take your own time to get up it mean that a few minutes and it is not the place to take a nap.

Avoid all energetic activity for at least one hour after the spa treatments.
